WHERE WE SHIP

Space Cadet currently ships within Australia and to selected international locations available at checkout, including:

Australia
New Zealand
United States
Canada

If your country or region is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship to your location.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, selected shipping method, product type, order weight, and order quantity.

Please refer to checkout for the available shipping options and final shipping price before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, public holidays, supplier delays, fulfilment delays, or circumstances outside our control.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.

In general, orders within Australia and New Zealand are expected to arrive within 7 to 14 days from the purchase date, unless otherwise stated at checkout or on the product page.

Orders to the United States and Canada are expected to arrive within 7 to 27 days from the purchase date, unless otherwise stated at checkout or on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to couriers, customs processing, public holidays, border inspections, weather events, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking details may be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders shipped outside Australia, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, clearance fees, or other local charges may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless they are clearly shown and collected at checkout.

If duties or import taxes are not collected at checkout, you may be required to pay them directly to the courier, customs authority, or relevant government authority before delivery.

Space Cadet is not responsible for customs delays, unpaid customs charges, border processing delays, or failed deliveries caused by non-payment of import charges.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

Space Cadet is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned parcels caused by incorrect shipping information, incomplete addresses, refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or unpaid customs/import charges.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or unpaid customs/import charges, we may deduct shipping, return shipping, customs, or handling costs from any refund where permitted by law.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us by email with your full name, order number, email used at checkout, and delivery address.
